The Sunroom - Shipping & Returns

We want to make sure your goods arrive safely, therefore someone will need to be home to accept the order. In the event that someone is not home, Australia Post will leave a postal card in your letter box directing you to your local post office for collection.
We want you to have your item as soon as possible, we will ship your item the same day of your order where possible or the very next business day. We will provide you a with a tracking number via email so that you can be informed as to where your parcel is and when your parcel will arrive.
Your item will be wrapped carefully and will be sent in an as Australia Post satchel where possible and delivered by Australia Post.

Shipping Outside of Australia
We do offer international shipping, and are currently working on a more streamline way to make international deliveries easy and more affordable.
For international shipping, please contact us for a quote via our contact page before placing your order. Please provide the details of the item you wish to purchase and your full shipping address, including area and zip/post code.
Please note, any taxes incurred upon arrival in to your country will need to be paid by the customer.
We will always make sure we provide as much detailed information about your purchase as possible. Including photos taken in natural light. We want you to be happy with your purchase .
In order to return an item, please contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of your purchase. We are unable to credit any shipping fees incurred for returned items.
Please include your order number and the reasons why you are dissatisfied with your purchase.
Once we have received your email and deemed accepted, we will advise authorisation for you to return the item to The Sunroom.
All Items returned to The Sunroom for an exchange, credit note or refund, must be unused and still in original condition with packaging intact.
All shipping costs to return the item to the Sunroom are to be paid in full by the customer
We do not accept returns on a sale item.
Faulty + Damaged Items
In the unlikely situation where you have received a faulty/damaged item or not what you ordered, please advise so in writing within 3 business days of the receipt date. You will be entitled to a refund or exchange within 10 days of the receipt date. The Sunroom reserves the right to not accept a return or exchange if this is not deemed to be the case. Once we have received the faulty item for further inspection we will notify you via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed by your original payment method.
**Please note: We do not accept exchanges or returns on orders shipped outside of Australia.
When you are return shipping your item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
